dear clients,
Thanks for visiting! As you may or may not know, I am no longer with from Wild & Grace, but I haven’t gone far and I hope to see you again! On Sundays and Mondays, I will be doing all my services from a very cute private suite in Downtown Brooklyn and doing dry haircuts only from my home in Crown Heights Fridays and Saturdays. All the information should be on my new website:

If you’re curious about the locations, I will be posting more about them on my instagram. Just know, that the downtown Brooklyn suite is a dedicated beauty suite that is near every train line, coffee shop, and lunch restaurant you can imagine. I’m also very lucky to have an airy, plant-filled apartment in the heart of prime Crown Heights, complete with high ceilings and panoramic windows. As far as Brooklyn apartments go, it’s well-suited for haircuts. But aside from your environment, I didn’t want to change too much for you. In fact, really just wanted to simplify and streamline things, so here are the main changes below:
haircut
Haircuts are now $130. For some of you this is a $10 increase, for others this is a $15-25 decrease. I never believed in charging different prices for different haircuts and textures. Barber prices will remain the same, though I do have a long-term plan to unify all haircut pricing.
Haircuts in my apartment are only $95, but there will be no wash and no blowout. I don’t have the facilities to wash hair in my apartment. If you come with damp or wet hair, I can complete the drying process with my dryer. But complete styling will not always be possible. Curly clients will likely leave with damp, combed-out curls.
I am offering half-haircuts! These are touch-up appointments for clients that just want to refresh specific parts of their cuts. For barber cuts and hair shorter than ear-length, this means a back and sides cleanup. For long hair, this is a bangs and full face-frame refresh. Keep in mind this is a 15-minute appointment, so I have to be rigid about what I will do in that timeframe.
I will be growing the men’s haircutting side of my business. This doesn’t mean I will stop doing women’s hair, but that is steadily growing on its own. Some of you already know this, but I specialize in men’s hair but have been neglecting that niche until now. You may see some content marketed towards men in the future.
color
Color does not come with a blowout, but can be added on for $50. I will, however, provide cool styling tools and an extra mirror so clients can dry and style their own hair to the level they desire. The tool is similar to a Dyson Airwrap, so it is a fun gadget to play with. Haircuts will still include a blowout.
Mini, Midi and Maxi highlights. I’ve shifted the definitions of highlight/balayage services to better fit what people are asking for behind the chair. Mini highlights are a very subtle way to add sunkissed dimension to your hair but leave feeling like you are overall a similar color as before. Midi is a half-head or partial, where you can expect to leave feeling like your hair appears overall lighter than before. Maxi is for clients who want to feel significantly blonder all over.
New an option for a Single Process + Mini Highlight. The beloved off-menu request is finally official. It’s great for clients who regularly get single processes, but feel like the color feels too flat or dark. I can add a small handful of foils to softly break up the color.
misc
No more Cezanne smoothing treatments. I like them too, but my new suite does not have windows that open and I would only perform a keratin treatment in well-ventilated spaces.
I will be doing a referral program through December. To kick off this new venture, I’m inviting you to bring new faces to me. You can select one new client to receive $50 off their first haircut or highlight. When they mention you by name, then you will receive $25 off your next service. Every referral after that first one will be $25 off for each of you. Your referral reward will be stackable. Referrals must complete (not just book) their appointment by December 31. Online referrals like Facebook and Reddit can count, but the new client must share your name so I can record it. I will probably continue to do a referral program after the new year, but $50 off is crazy and you should take advantage of this one now. If you are interested in participating then please email me at dianephamhair@gmail.com.
That’s it for now! Again, I appreciate your patronage and I truly do hope to see you again. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you so, so much.
